Picture book - "I am the Thirsty Desert"

Jordan illustrated "I am the Thirsty Desert" using her unique combination of paper collage and digital mediums. She makes paper collages with a twist. People often describe her work as “painting with paper.” She uses re-purposed paper (junk mail, magazines, packaging, etc.) to create intricate collages and often incorporates hidden messages into her art. As an ecologist, she loves using her art to illustrate books that honor the natural world and our connection with it.
