PAYMENT:

I process payments securely through our website via credit or debit card. Orders must be paid upfront and will not be shipped without payment. All items ship from Mt. Hood - Parkdale, Oregon, USA.

WHOLESALE:

SHIPPING:

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days and will be packed in a sturdy envelope or box, depending on the nature of the order. I ship the majority of my orders via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking information, which will be provided in a follow-up email once the item is shipped.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES:

To cancel or change your order, contact me within 2 hours of order placement.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

I want you to make sure you absolutely love your items. If you're not happy with your order, please contact me within 30 days of receiving it and I'll be happy to get it sorted out. To return an item or to receive an exchange or store credit, your purchased items must be shipped back to me at your expense, in the original packaging and the same condition it was when you received it.

I do my best to package my products with love and care. In the case that your items arrives damaged (my worst nightmare!), please let me know within 30 days. I'll do our best to solve the problem, whether that's through a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Please note that although I do my best to show the true nature of my products in my photographs, screens are tricky things. I cannot guarantee that the color on your phone or monitor is a perfect match to the color of my printed products. Please allow for slight differences in printed color when you receive your order.
