I love the story held inside a single stump — years of drought, fire, and abundance written in wood. This piece pairs an older hand tracing those rings with a child's hands discovering them for the first time, generations touching the same history together. Naturalist quotes are layered into the rings themselves. Like reading a palm, tracing tree rings connects us to a story far older, and far wider, than our own.

Size: 8x10 print of my original mixed media collage artwork described above.
Printed on high quality, 100 lb recycled white matte cardstock with archival ink.
Small white border for framing.
Watermark will not appear on your print.

Unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped First Class via USPS.

8x10 prints will be packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve with backing board, and shipped to you in a sturdy cardboard mailer.
