Blank Greeting Card - Schooling Fish Tag - Mixed Media Collage

This mixed media collage is part of a collection completed in 2023 meant to inspire a recognition of ourselves in the natural world. So often we visit nature when it is convenient for us and then go back to living as if we are separate from it. As an ecologist, I know we are nature. It is us. There is no separation. What we do to the natural world we do to ourselves. And what holds true for the natural world, holds true for us as well. I love all the ways we can see ourselves in other living creatures. When children play tag, they often remind me of schooling fish, following each other in their own game of tag. This piece reminds us that we share so many of these common threads. It includes the sentiment, “Remember your true nature.”

Greeting Card Details:
This listing is for an 5x7 greeting card of my original mixed media collage artwork described above. Blank inside. Printed on high quality, 80 lb bond, 100% post-consumer recycled white matte cardstock with archival ink. Envelope is as pictured, craft-paper brown, complementing the style and texture of the paper collage.

Shipping Details:
Greeting cards will be packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve, and shipped to you in a sturdy cardboard mailer.

Orders are shipped First Class via USPS.
