8x10 Art Print - Pocket Gopher - Mixed media Collage

Pocket gophers may not be the first critter to come to mind when you think of animals you’d like to snuggle, but they are fascinating and industrious creatures! Did you know that pocket gopher burrows can be 400-500 feet long? If you are a gardener, you may not appreciate their tenacity, but gophers know how to work! This collage is a tribute to these industrious rodents and their role in the ecosystem found at Yellowstone National Park. It is the February image found in my 2023 wall calendar. Although it works as a stand-alone image, each design in this collection was created to tell part of a story of connection by following a yellow stone as it is touched by the flora and fauna of Yellowstone National Park. Each image also includes a Native American word for this animal.

Size: 8x10 print of my original mixed media collage artwork described above.
Printed on high quality, 100 lb recycled white matte cardstock with archival ink.
Small white border for framing.
Watermark will not appear on your print.

Shipping Details:
Unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped First Class via USPS.

8x10 prints will be packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve with backing board, and shipped to you in a sturdy cardboard mailer.
