Spring in the Pacific Northwest means wildflowers. And two of the crown gems of my area are lupine and Indian paintbrush. Many do not know of these plants' interesting relationship. Paintbrush is actually parasitic to the lupine, but not enough to kill the plant. Instead it moderates its growth allowing for a more richly diverse plant community. This in turn, creates a healthier environment for the lupine and the paintbrush. This college honors this relationship and includes the words, "Give thanks, blinking in the sun" and "Perennials disappear, reappearing like magic". A beautiful reminder and peaceful image for nearly any space in your home. Perfect as a gift for a gardener or wildflower enthusiast!

Size: 20" x16" x 1.5" wrapped canvas print of my original mixed media collage artwork described above. The canvas is designed to meet art galleries' and museums' longevity requirements and ensure consistency of shades for up to 200 years old. The printing process is Giclee with Pigment Ink on a Premium Fine Art Matte Canvas 410g/m2.

Unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped First Class via USPS.

Canvas prints will be packaged in protective materials and shipped to you in a sturdy cardboard mailer.
