2026 Wall Calendar - Wildlife Matriarchs

This calendar is a love letter to the matriarchs of the natural world—and the wisdom they offer us.

Each month features one of my original mixed media collages, created with vibrant layers of repurposed papers, hand-cut details, and meaningful text. Every plant, insect, and animal highlighted here lives within a matriarchal structure—from the memory-rich herds of elephants to the fluid power of clownfish, to the quiet underground networks of mother trees and naked mole rats. These species offer alternative ways of leading—with empathy, cooperation, fierce protection, deep memory, and generational strength.

Look closely—these monthly portraits are subtly connected. Clues, textures, and themes flow from one image to the next, reminding us of the interwoven beauty of life on Earth and the feminine forces that hold it all together.

I’ve designed this calendar to be as usable as possible, no matter where you live. It includes moon phases but no printed holidays, so you can honor your own rhythms and celebrations.

Whether you hang it in your home, studio, or workspace—or gift it to a fellow nature lover—my hope is that it invites reflection, wonder, and a deeper connection to the wild leadership all around (and within) us.

This listing is for a 11″ x 8 1/2″ (landscape orientation) wall calendar of my original mixed media collage artwork described above. Printed on 100#, high quality, 100% post-consumer recycled paper with archival ink. They are bound with a 100% recycled black spiral binding. Watermark will not appear on your calendar.

Shipping Details:
The calendars will be packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve and shipped to you in a sturdy cardboard mailer.

Orders are shipped First Class via USPS.
