My 2017 wall calendar is now available here!
I'm so so excited to share this new artwork with you. Like last year's calendar, it's got layers upon layers of papery goodness with little messages incorporated to inspire you throughout the year. Like I said, my inspiration is the inter-connectedness of our world. Simply put - we need one another, friends. What you do, say, and believe matters - more than you think. And most of all - we need each other to recognize this connection, honor it even, in ourselves and all living things, for us all to thrive.
I love how this calendar turned out and I was able to incorporate many of the suggestions you provided to me. *Thank you!* This calendar includes a much bigger calendar grid so you can enter all of your important dates, love notes, and reminders. And the calendar, like all my cards and prints, is printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper - because I believe that's important.
One more thing... let's meet up!
So next Saturday, October 15th I'm going to be at the Hutson Museum in Parkdale, OR from 1-4pm for a mini art show of sorts. I'll have prints and cards on super sale, some originals, and of course, the new 2017 wall calendars. If you haven't been up to the upper Hood River Valley recently, why not come out for a beautiful autumn drive, grab some apples, and stop in at the museum and say hi! I'd love to see you there!
It's Here! It's Here!

Hello my long lost friends!
Phew! I'm resurfacing after a CRAZY summer. BIG changes around here. Namely - we moved! I set up my new, cozy, little art studio. Then I rolled up my sleeves and got to work on loads of new art - most of which found its way into my latest creation which I am so so excited to share with you today! Plus I want to tell you about a fun little event that I will be participating in next weekend where we may have a chance to meet up!
All great changes are preceded by chaos - Deepak Chopra
I love this quote because it is oh so true, and oh so difficult to remember when you are in the midst of the chaos part. I feel like that is where I have been this summer. Only now I am beginning to breathe deeply again, look around and realize that sometimes you have to let go of something really good to step into something great. When you move or go through a great change, there's a lot of sifting and sorting that happens - both physically and emotionally. And the things that are really important rise to the surface. Once again, I am reminded that the most important parts of my life are all about connection - to our friends, our family, and the natural world. And this is the focus of my new collection of art which has become.....
...a brand spanking new 2017 wall calendar!
