Japanese White-Eye

Japanese White-Eye

This collage is the April image in my 2024 wall calendar focused on migratory birds of the world.  The Warbling White-Eye (also known as the Japanese White-Eye) is native to Japan, Korea, Taiwan, eastern China, and northern Philippines.  Migratory populations travel from these areas to spend winters in Burma, Hainan Island, and Vietnam.  The White-Eye is rarely found on the ground.  This collage includes the Shakespeare quote, “One touch of nature makes the whole world kin.”

Reproductions of this image are available through my Etsy shop.

All of my cards and prints are printed on high quality, 100% post-consumer recycled, white, matte cardstock with archival ink.
