January Winter Wanderers

January Winter Wanderers

The beauty of diversity reveals itself in many ways.  Often in nature, it is literally through its diversity that nature maintains its strength, resiliency, and balance.   This collage features two winter wanderers whose paths have crossed around a rose bush in which to forage.  A hermit thrush forages above and the California quail down below, each welcoming the other’s watchful eyes on the lookout for predators from different perspectives.  Just a little reminder that despite our differences, holding space for another viewpoint can benefit us all.  Messages incorporated into this image say “beauty of diversity” and “thread that connects us all”.
